RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to send something back or have a query about Return or Exchange, then hopefully this will help:

You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. In this instance we will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is canceled within the seven (7) working days of receipt of goods.  If a refund is payable, this will be processed within thirty (30) days from the day written notice of cancelation was received.

When returning goods, please ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as you received them and be aware that the goods returned will be at your own cost and risk.  We advise to send all goods via a recorded delivery method.

Please be aware that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.  Failure to comply may result in action being taken for compensation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all cost incurred with regards to returning the product to us.
